In spite of the rain earlier in the week and the cold temperatures, the first annual Legion Park Music

The rain and the cooler weather has forced some changes to the venue and schedule for our festival but that brings some good news as well. There will be no parking fee and most events will be held inside in front of a cheery fireplace inside the historic Lodge!

The heavy rains have made our planned parking area and some venues unusable. Considering this and the cooler weather, all our musical performers have been moved indoors. The venue and the schedule are the only changes. We still have our full array of performers and events. The food vendor will be just outside the Lodge and the fireworks show will go on as planned!! There will be no parking fee and folks will direct you to parking in proximity to the lodge.

Our children's program looks like a hoot with Native American Storyteller Allen Winters and a bevy of others. The kids will hear some great tales, receive their own flute and instructions as they participate. The event is topped off by a magic show for all ages by Greg Winter. This event will be eld behind the lodge in the pavilion near the lake.

Check out our revised schedule - Hope to see you there!!
